Job Description

About The Role

Goodwin employs Registered Nurses to provide essential clinical support to residents across its aged care facilities. Working closely with the care management team, Clinical Nurses ensure care is delivered in line with legislated standards and organisational policies, while supporting residents to maintain the highest possible quality of life.

This role offers a rare and meaningful opportunity to make a real and lasting impact in aged care contributing directly to resident wellbeing through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and ongoing case management. Requirements

  • Professional qualifications and current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Skills

  • Experience in the delivery of care outcomes for older people.
  • Capacity to manage clinical outcomes in a professional manner.
  • Strong knowledge of wound care, continence and falls management.
  • Experience in palliative care.
  • Strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of advance care planning.
  • Additional specialty qualifications appropriate to the position.
