Job Description
Goodwin is seeking a highly organised and personable Home Care Administration Assistant to join our Home Care team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This role is the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and business systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide reception and telephone support as the first point of contact
Deliver general office administration including mail handling, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate and maintain efficient staff rosters aligned with client needs and preferences
Process fortnightly payroll and manage approved leave records
Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement
Maintain accurate records and client documentation
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including receipting, banking, and account monitoring
Organise meetings, room bookings, and events, including minute-taking
Support the Home Care program and assist with additional administrative duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven administration experience in a busy environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High-level organisational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong customer service focus
Experience with record keeping, documentation, and cash handling
Desirable
Experience in aged care or community services
Administration or business qualifications
Rostering or scheduling experience
