About the role
You are a warm, friendly, and experienced Home Care Registered Nurse, motivated and ready to join our amazing team. In your new role, you will provide clinical support and quality clinical care to our clients.
Your days will involve ensuring that residents receive the appropriate level of clinical care support services to maintain quality of life, provide input into the resident's management of care by completing assessments, care planning, and case management reviews.
What's needed?
- You are a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute setting
- Efficiently managing appointments to respond to client's support needs
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Must have a current Australian Drivers Licence and be confident driving - fleet vehicle is provided
- Available for on call roster
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
