Job Description

The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for the efficient and effective management of our relationship with Retirement Living residents. The RSC is the first point of contact for our residents on daily village matters and provides direct support to residents to ensure that the services offered and provided by Goodwin are delivered effectively and needs and expectations of residents are appropriately managed. The RSC is also responsible for a range of support services across the Village.

Desired Skills and Experience

Mandatory qualifications and requirements

  • Certificate III Individual Support (or similar) or qualifications in allied health highly desirable

Essential skills

  • Experience in working with seniors.
  • Experience in face-to-face relationship management. 
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and delicate circumstances.
  • Customer service focus for delivering high quality service. 
  • High level interpersonal skills to communicate with a range of stakeholders. 
  • High level organisation, time management and multi skilling abilities. 
  • Competent documentation and computer skills. 


Desirable skills 

  • A working knowledge of retirement village legislation.
  • Prior experience in working in a seniors housing or hospitality.
